Parents' Consultion Day – Friday, 22.11.2024

Dear parents and guardians,

I cordially invite you to the first parents' consultation day on Friday, 22 November 2024 from 14:30 to 18:00.

Registration and booking of appointments with teachers is done online via WebUntis.

Please note the following information:

• Booking period: Sunday, 17 November 2024, 19:00 to Wednesday, 20 November 2024, 14:00
• Duration of an appointment: 6 minutes
• Only one appointment can be booked per student with a single teacher.
• There are 4 time units: 14:30 – 14:54; 15:00 to 15:54; 16:00 to 16:54; 17:00 – 18:00
• Bookings can be made in the following steps (detailed instructions can be found on our homepage):
1. Link to WebUntis: https://tritone.webuntis.com
2. Enter the school name: ak-gym-innsbruck
3. Log in with your personal WebUntis access data or the TSN access data of your children
   Please note that the login method for legal guardians was changed at the beginning of the school year.
   Detailed instructions for the new registration and login can be found on our homepage. If this does not work, please log in with your children's TSN access data.
4. Click on ‘1. Elternsprechtag’ at the top of the homepage
5. Now you can book your appointments with the teachers. Please note that you will need time to switch between two appointments.
6. You can then download the overview of your booked appointments as a pdf file and print it out.
